Mary Hoffman

Mary Lee "Mur" Hoffman, 72, of Ft Thomas, passed away peacefully in her home on January 27, 2019.  She was born on January 6, 1947 to the late William and Betty Giesting.  On February 8, 1969 she married Joe Hoffman and he survives.  Mary was a member of St Catherine Church, Ft Thomas and enjoyed golf and tennis.

Along with her husband of nearly 50 years, Mary is survived by her children Jodi (Trevor) Read and  Steve (Jennifer) Hoffman; brothers Bill Giesting and Mark (Karen) Giesting; grandchildren Leyton Read, Maya Hoffman and Owen Hoffman; as well as several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Mary was preceded in death by her sister Sue Baehr.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Susan B Komen For the Cure.

A visitation will be held on Friday, February 1, 2019 at St Catherine Church, Ft. Thomas from 11 am until 12:45 pm.  A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 1 pm.  A private inurnment will take place at the convenience of the family in Floral Hills Memorial Gardens.  Floral Hills Funeral Home is assisting the family.  To leave online condolences, please visit www.floralhillsmemorialgardens.com
