It is with great sadness that the family of Stephen F. Malott announces his passing after a courageous battle with Pancreatic Cancer on November 1, 2018 at the age of 66.  He was born the son of Harry and Florence Malott on June 28, 1952 in Chillicothe, Ohio.  Steve will be lovingly remembered by Karen Malott, his wife of 45 years.  He is survived by his children, Chrissy, Craig, Nicole; his treasured grand-sons, Austin, Gage, Wyatt; sons-in-law, Wil, Nick; siblings, Donald, Wayne, Iris, Jimmy, Mark; deceased siblings, Leonard, Ann, Nellie, Ina, Paul; extended family, and dear friends.  Steve served in the United States Army as a 5-time Decorated Vietnam War Veteran.  Steve attended Northern Kentucky University and Thomas Moore University majoring in Business Administration.  Known as “12Gauge”, Steve retired from United Parcel Service after 43 years of dedicated service.  Steve's support and generosity to his friends in all the social circles he moved in was unmatched. All who came into contact with Steve knew how much joy their interactions together gave him. His warmth, generosity, passion and humor will be tremendously missed by all who knew him, and of course gun lovers alike.  A Celebration of Life will be held at Floral Hills Funeral Home, 5336 Old Taylor Mill Rd, Taylor Mill, KY on Wednesday, November 7, 2018, from 12pm  until  time of Inurnment in Floral Hills Memorial Gardens at 2pm.  Donations or Volunteering in honor of Disabled Veterans may be made to Cincinnati VA Medical Center by visiting, https://www.cincinnati.va.gov/giving/index.asp Please visit www.floralhillsmemorialgardens.com to leave online condolences.
