Frank Gilbert

Robert Franklin “Frank” Gilbert, 71, of Covington, passed away Thursday, April 21, 2022 at home.  He was born March 4, 1951, in Maysville, son of the late Allen Gilbert and Elnora Gilbert (nee Fultz).   He was a retired Truck Driver with VG Logistics and a Vietnam Veteran.  He is survived by his wife, Marilyn Gilbert (nee Hofstetter); son, Robert J. Gilbert; daughter, Amy Ware (Steve); brother, William Gilbert; sister, Alma Jean Boldman; grandchildren, Alexis Michels; Steven Ware (Samantha); Aaron Ware; Addison Ware; Brittany Kincaid-Jones; Morgan Atha; Lauryn Jetter; Jasmine Jetter; Malaysia Gilbert; Robert Joseph Gilbert II; Novalee Gilbert; and four great-grandchildren.  He was also preceded in death by a brother, James M. Gilbert.  Funeral services will be private with entombment at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Oak Ridge Baptist Church Lighthouse Food Ministry at 6056 Taylor Mill Road, Latonia, KY 41015.
