Barry H. Hicks Sr.

70, of Covington, Kentucky passed away Sunday, November 1, 2020 at his home surrounded by his loving family.  Barry enjoyed cooking and was proud to be a chef for Dobbs International. He loved his family and will be greatly missed by those he leaves behind. Barry is preceded in death by his wife of 48 years Julia Hicks. He is survived by his children Barry H. (Ruth) Hicks, Julia J. (Jason Covington Sr.) Hicks and Eric T. (Jessica Herindon) Hicks Sr.; grandchildren Barry Hicks III, Savanna Hicks, Jason Covington Jr., Jazmyn Covington, Jabari Covington, Thomas Plymesser, Juliana Hicks, Arianna Hicks, Eric Hicks Jr. and Bailey Herindon; great grandchildren Jayceon, Jackson and Carlie; many extended family members and friends. A Visitation will be held at Floral Hills Funeral Home on Friday, November 6, 2020 from 12 p.m. until time of Funeral Service at 2 p.m. Burial will immediately follow in Floral Hills Memorial Gardens.
