Carlis Sinclair

d. October 21, 2022

Carlis “Bud” Sinclair, age 83, passed away peacefully on October 21, 2022. He is survived by his loving wife of 62 years, Lisa, and his daughter, Carla.  He is preceded in death by his parents Jessie & Ida Sinclair and his son Michael Jessie Sinclair. He is also survived by his grandchildren Brittany, Marissa, Kayla, Kyle, and his great-grandchildren Brynley, Reagan, Ansley, Hazleigh, Graciegh, Geoni, Lake, Ever and Kyler. Bud was hard working, kind, loving, and was well liked by all. He was often the life of the party, always making jokes, and getting everyone to smile. Bud will be remembered for his dedication through his work ethic.  He worked with Pepsi Cola for 35 years.  Not only did he work a full-time job, but he also built six homes, and countless other projects.  He was known for attacking projects and never sitting still.  He had so much will and determination.  He quit smoking after 45 years following a bet, he made with a friend for $1.  He never picked up a cigarette again.  That will and determination also let him beat Cancer.  The Graveside Service will take place on Monday, October 31, 2022, at 11 AM at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens in Taylor Mill, KY.  A reception will follow in the lounge at Floral Hills. He was a loving and generous father and grandfather.  He was the happiest when he was spending time with his family.
