In loving memory of Carole L. Irwin, born in Haskell, New Jersey on August 30,1956 and passed away March 6, 2021 at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Edgewood, Kentucky. Carole was an amazingly strong woman whom everyone loved. She loved to make people laugh and loved her fur babies Rex and Cocoa who passed before her. She is survived by her husband of 34 years Gary Irwin. Also surviving her are daughter Carrie Kartanowicz; grandsons Kyle and Cory; sister Diane Wormer; father-in-law Fred Irwin; brother-in-laws Chris Irwin, James Irwin and Stan Irwin; sister-in-laws Thonya Clendening, Penny Irwin, Vina Irwin, Kim Irwin and Missy Irwin; her cats whom she adored Sissy and Momo and her cockatiel Jazzy; many extended family members and friends. Carole will be missed by so many people and will be remembered by the love and joy she left with us. A Visitation will be held at Floral Hills Funeral Home on Monday, March 15, 2021 from 10 a.m. until Funeral Service at 12 p.m. Burial will immediately follow in Floral Hills Memorial Gardens. Memorial Contributions are suggested to Floral Hills Funeral Home to help offset the Funeral Cost. Due to the current COVID-19 Pandemic, please remember to wear a mask and practice social distancing while in the funeral home.
