She was an exceptional wife, mother, and homemaker. Early in her career, she worked in her family's restaurants in Covington and Ft. Wright. Elaine most recently worked at Copper High School in the cafeteria where she could always find a few extra dollars to buy lunches for children who didn’t have money to buy for themselves. Elaine loved to bake and was known for her famous cheesecakes. She would make cakes for many of her family members for their birthdays. She loved vacationing especially sunning at the beach and hiking in the beautiful mountains in Gatlinburg.
