Elsie Brumley,

81 years of age, of Manchester, Kentucky passed away Tuesday, October 18, 2022. She always had a welcoming home, spending many hours on the porch swing with her husband and enjoyed spending time with her family. She is survived by her children Caroline Fry, Michael Collins and Gary (Tammy) Collins; grandchildren Marlena, Dominic, Cody, Christopher, Hailey, Jonah, Cassidy and Corrina; 7 great grandchildren; siblings Helen Goodman, Juanita Napier, Judy Gregory, Blaine Gibson, Wanda Johnson, Johnny Gibson, Wendell Gibson and Brenda Langdon; many extended family members and friends. Elsie is preceded in death by her parents Luther and Annie Gibson; first husband Oscar Collins; siblings Wayne Gibson, Thelma Gibson-Smith, Dorothy Gibson, Grant Gibson and Bourbon Gibson. A Visitation will be held at Floral Hills Funeral Home on Saturday, October 22, 2022 from 12pm until the time of Funeral Service at 1pm. Burial will immediately follow in Floral Hills Memorial Gardens. Floral Hills is honored to serve Elsie’s family.
