ERLANGER - Grace M. Warfield, 88, died Tuesday at St. Luke Hospital West, Florence.
She retired from the radiology department at St. Elizabeth Medical Center, Covington and was a member of the Heritage Fellowship Church, Florence.
Her sons Benny Warfield and Clarence Warfield died previously.
Survivors include her sister, Viola Osborne; brother, Kenneth LeForce and two grandchildren.
Funeral services will be noon Friday at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens Chapel, Taylor Mill.
A memorial service will be 3 p.m. Sunday at Villaspring Health Care Center Chapel, Erlanger.
Connley Brothers Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
