L. Jane Simmons

L. Jane Simmons, of Sharonville, OH passed away on Saturday, March 9, 2024 at Bethesda North Hospital in Montgomery, OH at the age of 74.

She was born in Covington, KY on November 7, 1949, the daughter of the late Russell and Opal Wright. Jane was a homemaker and in her spare time enjoyed writing, making art and singing music.

Preceding Jane in death were her parents; her husband, O’Day C. Simmons; stepson, O’Day Sean Simmons and her three siblings, Jeanette Whalen, Winston “Dink” Wright and Norman Wright.

Those left surviving to carry on Jane memory include her children, Chadwick (Jenny) Muse and Audra (T.J.) Simmons-Fields; as well as other relatives and friends.

A visitation celebrating Jane’s life will be held from 11:30 AM until 1:30 PM on Friday, March 15, 2024, at Floral Hills Funeral Home, 5336 Old Taylor Mill Road, Taylor Mill, KY 41015. A funeral service will immediately follow at 1:30 PM at the funeral home. Jane will then be laid to rest at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
