FLORENCE - Leona Montemerlo, 87, died Thursday, July 17, at Harborside Health Care, Florence.
She was a homemaker and member of Florence Church of God.
Her husband, Pietro Montemerlo, died previously.
Survivors include her daughters, Ilean Elam, Joeann Roberts and Marene Begley; son, Winston Phillips; one sister; seven grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be 9:30-11:30 a.m. Monday, July 21, with services following at Stith Funeral Home, Florence. Burial will be in Floral Hills Memorial Gardens, Taylor Mill.
