Margaret Ann Stenger

Margaret Ann Stenger, 81, of Cincinnati, aka Sister MaryAloysius, C.D.P., born March 10, 1941 in Cincinnati, died Wednesday, January 4, 2023, in Cincinnati.  Preceded in death by her parents, Norbert and Loretta Koopman Stenger and one brother, Edward Stenger (d. Jean).  Margaret has three surviving siblings, Leo (d. Carol) Stenger, of Cincinnati; Arlene (d.John) Krumpelman of Forence and Linda Mize (Ray) of Falmouth; and many nieces and nephews.  After graduating from Commercial School, Marge worked at Western and Southern in Cincinnati.  She left there to join the Sisters of the Divine Providence (CDP) in Melbourne, Kentucky.  After serving 10 years of teaching, Marge became ill and spent her remaining years in various nursing homes.  Services will be held 1 PM January 11, 2023, at Floral Hills Funeral Home, where visitation will be held from 11-1 PM, with burial to follow at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to the American Cancer Society.
