Patricia Cox

(Trish) Patricia Ann Cox (nee: Campbell), age 53, beloved wife, mother, daughter and sister sadly passed away in her home on December 2, 2021, after a long hard battle with MS. Trish was born on September 27, 1968, at St. Luke hospital in Fort Thomas, KY to Carolyn and Thomas Campbell. On November 28, 1997, she married Johnny Cox and together they raised their daughter Starr Cox. Trish loved spending time with her family. She was known for her kind heart and love for her family. She graduated from Newport High School in 1986. She touched the hearts of everyone she ever encountered.

Trish is survived in death by her husband Johnny Cox; daughter Starr Cox and son in law Chris Laws; mother Carolyn Rolf and step father Michael Rolf; father Thomas Campbell and step mother Helen Campbell; grandchildren Sophia, Brooklyn, Callie, and CJ Laws, and Jayden Cox; step sons Jody, Jessie, and Jacob; sister Peggie Whitaker and brother in law Duane Whitaker; brother Tommy Campbell; nieces Elisha Turner, Amber and Dana Campbell and Mara Yeager; nephew's Jonathan McGuffin and Tommy Campbell; along with many cousins and close friends.

Visitation will be held at Floral Hills Funeral Home on Wednesday, December 8, 2021, from 11am until the time of Funeral Service at 1pm. Burial will immediately follow in Floral Hills Memorial Gardens.
