Paul “Fred” Carlisle,

83 of Independence, Kentucky passed away Sunday, January 17, 2021 surrounded by his loving family. He retired from the CSX Railroad as a Switchman and was a member of Taylor Mill Pentecostal Church. Fred loved spending time with his family. He is survived by his loving wife of 60 years, Patricia Carlisle. Fred is also survived by his son and daughter in law Jeffrey Paul and Melissa Carlisle; grandchildren Branden Lee Carlisle, Paul Gage Carlisle, Ashley Markel Carlisle and Austin Lee Carlisle; great grandson Emmett Alexander Shafer; sisters Nancy Fatum and Faye McIntosh; many extended family members and friends. All funeral services are private. Memorial Contributions are suggested to Taylor Mill Pentecostal Church.
