Samuel Whitehead, Sr.

Samuel L. Whitehead Sr., age 75 of Edgewood, Kentucky passed away on Monday, October 11, 2021. He was born in Newport, Kentucky to the late Gerald and Roxanne Whitehead. Sam is a veteran of the US Navy. He enjoyed hunting, golf, bowling and woodworking. Sam is survived by his children Sam (Beth) Whitehead and Shawna (Ryan Manning) Whitehead; grandchildren Vincent and Madilyn; fiancé Blanche Davis; mother of his children Carolyn Whitehead; siblings Sue Haas, Sharon Miskell, and Keith Whitehead; many extended family members and friends. Memorial Services will be held at the convenience of the family. Floral Hills Funeral Home is honored to serve the family of Sam.
