Vonda Millican

Vonda Lou Millican, 58,  of Warsaw, passed away Thursday, March 3, 2022, at her home. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother and grandmother.  She enjoyed spending time with family and watching her ID channel. She was truly one with a heart of gold, and loved by many. She was born November 14, 1963, in Richmond, Ohio, a daughter of Evelyn Clark Parks of Florence and the late Roger Parks.  She was married to Ron Millican, who survives.  Also surviving are one son, Wade Begley; one daughter, Shauna Webber; (Nick Parsons); three grandchildren, Grant Foley, Lainey Webber, and Ava Parsons; one brother, Randall Parks (Linda); two sisters, Christine Parks and Rhonda Parks (Branden Doherty), and she was also preceded in death by two brothers, Roger and Roy Parks.  Funeral services will be held 7PM Tuesday, March 8, 2022, at Floral Hills Funeral Home, with Pastor Mike Sweeney officiating. Visitation will be held Tuesday from 5-7 PM. Burial will be private at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens.
