Brandy Starks Duffy

Mrs. Brandy Lynn Starks Duffy, Age 41, of Florence, Kentucky, passed away at home surrounded by her loved ones from pancreatic cancer on January 8, 2022. Born December 30, 1980, in Covington, Kentucky she was the daughter of Patricia Rudd Starks Hutchinson and Randal Earl Starks. She was preceded in death by paternal grandfather William Starks, maternal grandmother Ruth Rust, Virgil Thomas Rudd maternal grandfather and maternal grandmother Virginia Day Rudd. Brandy is survived by her loving husband Christopher Charles Duffy III. Her children Logan Duffy, Luke Moser, Jordan Duffy, Breelynn Duffy, Charli Duffy. She is also survived by Patricia Rudd Starks Hutchinson (Ronald) of Pendleton County. Her father Randal Earl Starks of Verona. She is also survived by her sisters Stacy (Joe) Simpson Prestonsburg, KY, Cindy (Eli Switzer) Hutchinson, Nicole (Ray) Tucker, Carenn (Mike) Remely. As well as many cousins, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Brandy attended Conner High School in Hebron, Kentucky. Brandy loved Jesus and her family. Brandy attended Community Family Church with her family. She loved vacationing at the beach with her family. Through her passing to walk with Jesus she touched many lives to lead them to salvation to Jesus. She will be sadly missed. Pallbearers: Ray Duffy, Bob Duffy, Phillip Blackburn, Jack Blackburn, Billy Starks and Aaron Williams. Visitation will be on January 14, 2022, from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm at Floral Hills Funeral Home. A service of remembrance will be held also on January 14, 2022, at 1:00 pm burial to follow in Floral Hills Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens. Pastor Joe and Robyn Cline will be officiating. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions are suggested to Floral Hills Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens 5336 Old Taylor Mill Road, Covington, KY 41015
