Ryland Heights – Passed away on December 26, 2020 at the age of 63. Kenny is survived by his siblings, Gary (Patricia) Phillips, James (Ellen) Phillips, Randall Phillips, Denise (Hoss) Gabbard, Anita (Will) Brady; nieces and nephews, Vicki, Gary, Angie, Andrea, Mary, Jamey, Alex, Quinn, Zachary, Nathaniel and 7 great nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, James and Nora Phillips and his niece, Christine Phillips. Visitation will be held on Monday, January 4, 2020 from 11 am until the Funeral Service at 1 pm, all at Floral Hills Funeral Home, Taylor Mill, KY. Due to the current Covid-19 restrictions, all guests are asked to wear a mask and practice social distancing. Memorial donations may be made in Kenny’s name to NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness).
