Obituary

Loraine “Boots” Over, 95, of Newport, Kentucky, died peacefully at River Valley Nursing Home on May 24, 2022. Boots was a tax examiner for the IRS for many years and traveled the world both before and after retirement.

She is survived by her daughter, Tina (Duncan) Draper, two granddaughters, Laura and Allison, and three great grandchildren. She is also survived by her beloved niece, Pat Cunningham. She was predeceased by her sisters, Reseda “Pepper” Duve and Florence “Peaches” Suchanek.

A memorial will be held at a later date at the convenience of the family. Donations may be made to Kentucky Health Justice Network, P.O. Box 4761, Louisville, Kentucky 40204.
